How To Borrow Warmth
let me borrow your warmth for a moment is that a thing people borrow? sure how? like this
kuru kuru in the night felt like being dunked into a freezer and not unlike your fingertips
on my ribs trying to summon heat from my heart. how are you going to give it back? outside
the cabin, a big cat growls and a couple are arguing in tents on the lawn of the camp, I wonder if
they heard me calling you out your name how are you going to give me back it?
you’re silent and slant your lips over mine, and I hear the growls and the screams, and
goosebumps of the something icier than the chilled night run over my skin.
