Discretionary Love is dedicated to sharing love. In our everyday lives, we experience a multitude of emotions. Every connection that is made with another person influences how we move throughout the world. We ask our contributors to capture those feelings, put them on paper and hit send.
As writers, we know the time that goes into rewriting and editing after having an outpour of emotion on a page. While it is the least exciting part of the process, it’s necessary. Our platform is run by volunteers who dedicate themselves to distributing the labor of our contributor’s love. This involves many hours of reading, editing, and coding. Each month we will continue to bring new stories to this platform to ensure that all writers who wish to share them, have a place to do so.
